Reddick wins at Kansas
#45-Tyler Reddick won the Hollywood Casino 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway. The win is his 2nd win of the year, 1st at Kansas and 5th career win. #11-Denny Hamlin finished 2nd followed by #43-Erik Jones, #5-Kyle Larson, #9-Chase Elliott, #8-Kyle Busch, pole winner #20-Christopher Bell, #6-Brad Keselowski, and #48-Alex Bowman.
#11-Denny Hamlin was leading the race and pulling away when a late caution came out for #17-Chris Buescher blowing a tire. The field pitted with a mix of strategies. Reddick restarted the race in 5th, took the lead coming to the white flag and held on to win. It was the only two laps that he led on the day.
Playoff drivers having problems: #19-Martin Truex, Jr. wrecked on lap 4 after a tire went down. He finished 36th. #24-William Byron spun out on lap 64. He did not hit anything and continued on. He recovered to finish 15th. #23-Bubba Wallace had a tire go down while running 2nd during stage 2 and broke a toe link. He lost multiple laps and finished 32. #17-Chris Buescher lost a tire with less than 10 laps remaining. He finished 27th.
There were 19 lead changes among 10 drivers and 9 cautions for 45 yellow flag laps.

- Stage 2 was won by #6-Keselowski
