#24-William Byron won the Cook Out 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway. The win is his 3rd win of the year, 2nd at Martinsville and 13th career win. Pole winner #5-Kyle Larson finished 2nd followed by #9-Chase Elliott, #23-Bubba Wallace, #12-Ryan Blaney, #22-Joey Logano, #45-Tyler Reddick, #48-Alex Bowman, #41-Ryan Preece, and #14-Chase Briscoe.

There were 13 lead changes among 8 drivers and 5 cautions for 51 yellow flag laps. The average speed of the race was: 76.096mph.
